Living the American dream didn’t come easy for him. He started his first job at a Winchell donut shop, in 1984 making only $2.95/hr. After hard work and dedication he then open three of his own donut and ice cream shops in bay area California. He always remembered his Dad’s words that no work is small and through hard work one can achieve any goals in this country. Today Vin Mehta is CEO of four companies and holds president position in 3 other firms.
In 1996 he moved to Medford and purchased his first two Jack in the Box restaurant. Here is a man who has proven that as long as you have the desire to succeed, you can. He expanded his business that includes; 63 Jack in the Box restaurants, Apartments, Hotels, Shopping plaza, Mexican restaurants and a Fine Dining Indian restaurant. Living the American dream also means help remove the unemployment from his state.

His firms have provided employment to more than 2,000 Oregonians. He has won multiple times the top franchise award from Jack in the Box.As an Entrepreneur Vin understand the importance of “chance” or “a break”. Many people have innovative ideas but have no funding to productize their ideas. Recently Vin funded a company, Turbo Maid, that has a very effective way of eliminating the bathroom odors. As president of Turbo Maid, Vin is guiding this company in taking it public. Vin with his brothers have owned Mehta Brothers Entertainment Inc. for decades, that brings Bollywood stars/entertainment shows to the USA. These shows are multi-million dollar productions and go on tour around the country.
